This Technical regulation establishes mandatory requirements to quality, marking, labeling, packaging, assessment of conformity of fertilizers (sampling technique, analysis methods), for the purpose of objective market monitoring, prevention of false representation of consumers concerning their structure, appointment, origin, quality and safety, in order to avoid accidents, health protection of the person, animals and the environment.
