Some questions of inclusion of objects of the right of state-owned property in the list of objects, privatizeable

Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for representation of management by authorized bodies to state bodies of privatization of offers concerning inclusion of objects of the right of state-owned property in the list of objects, privatizeable it (is applied).

2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 17, 2002 No. 1141 "About approval of the Procedure for creation of the forecast of receipt in the government budget of means from privatization of state-owned property" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 34, the Art. 1579) changes which are applied.

Procedure for representation of management by authorized bodies to state bodies of privatization of offers concerning inclusion of objects of the right of state-owned property in the list of objects, privatizeable

1. This Procedure establishes the procedure of representation of management by authorized bodies to state bodies of privatization of offers concerning inclusion of objects of the right of state-owned property in the list of objects, privatizeable (further - the list).

2. Proposals concerning inclusion of objects of the right of state-owned property in the list are submitted by authorized bodies of management in form according to appendix 1 till February 1 of the current year.

Are applied to the specified offers:

conclusions concerning the predicted receipt amount of means from privatization of the objects offered to privatization;

the forecast of social and economic consequences of privatization of the companies which have strategic importance for economy and safety of the state, the companies which have domination signs on nation-wide commodity market (works, services), research (scientific and technical) organizations, the city-forming companies;

the managements of the copy of charters of the companies certified by authorized bodies;

extracts from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;

financial and economic indicators of work of the companies for form according to appendix 2 for the last three years;

copies of the state acts on right to use (property) the parcels of land;

information on the size and cost of the state share (shares, shares) which belongs to the state in the authorized capital of economic societies.

3. The fund of state-owned property creates and approves lists of objects of groups A, B, D, E and Zh which are subject to privatization, till March 15 of the current year brings them to authorized bodies of management, and also the Ministry of Finance with indication of the forecast cost of such objects received from governing bodies.

4. The fund of state-owned property together with the Ministry of Economic Development, the Ministry of Finance and the Antimonopoly Committee creates the list of objects of group G which are subject to privatization in the corresponding year, and gives it to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine till March 15 of the current year.
