In pursuance of the Law of Ukraine "About legal status of foreigners and stateless persons", the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 22, 2011 No. 494 "About the National plan for accomplishment of the Action plan concerning liberalization of visa regime by the European Union for Ukraine", for the purpose of providing proper conditions of keeping of foreigners and stateless persons in Items of temporary stay and Items of temporary content and specially equipped premises of PRIKAZYVAYEM:
1. Approve:
1.1. Regulations of material and household providing foreigners and stateless persons which contain in Items of temporary stay of the foreigners and stateless persons who illegally are in Ukraine, the Public migratory service of Ukraine and Items of temporary content and specially equipped premises of the State Border Service of Ukraine which are applied.
1.2. Procedure for provision of medical care to foreigners and stateless persons which contain in Items of temporary stay of foreigners and to the stateless persons which illegally are in Ukraine, the Public migratory service of Ukraine and Items of temporary content and specially equipped premises of the State Border Service of Ukraine which is applied.
2. In five-day time after signing of this order to provide to the public migratory service of Ukraine (Kovalchuk M. M.) its provision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on deputy ministers of health care of Ukraine, the Chairman of the Public migratory service of Ukraine, the Chairman of the State Border Service of Ukraine according to functional obligations.
4. Send this order on accessory.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
