About additional measures for enhancement of system of privileges to the citizens who served compulsory military service in Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan
For the purpose of targeting of due procedure in case of issue of recommendations in parts and divisions of Armed Forces the serviceman who served compulsory military service for receipt in higher educational institutions of the republic, and also strengthening of the stimulating factors of the privileges provided to them:
1. Establish since 2019/2020 academic years procedure according to which:
the citizens who served compulsory military service in Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan, having the corresponding recommendations of command of military units in case of revenues to the corresponding directions have educations in the highest military educational institutions of the republic privileges in the form of increase of additional points in the amount of 50 percent from the points gained by them by results of tests;
for receipt in bachelor degree of the highest educational institutions of the republic (except for the highest military educational institutions) separate indicators of acceptance are allocated to the entrants who served compulsory military service in Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan, having the corresponding recommendations of command of military units, out of the parameters of acceptance approved for the corresponding academic year and such entrants have the right to participate in tender within these indicators;
the recommendations of command of military units issued to the citizens who served compulsory military service in Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan for receipt in the highest educational institutions are effective within three years from the date of their issue.
