For implementation and accomplishment of Item 10 of appendix No. 1 to the Technical regulation "The Main Safety Requirements to Explosives for Civil Application and Condition of Their Placement in the Market" and Item 13 of appendix No. 3 to the Technical regulation "Means and Protective Systems, Held for Use in Potentially Explosive Environments" of the Order of the Government No. 138 of February 10, 2009 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009 No. 51-52, of the Art. 218) I ORDER:
1. Approve the List of the interconnected standards to the Technical regulation "The Main Safety Requirements to Explosives for Civil Application and Condition of Their Placement in the Market" (according to appendix No. 1).
2. Approve the List of the interconnected standards to the Technical regulation "Means and Protective Systems, Held for Use in Potentially Explosive Environments" (according to appendix No. 2).
3. Publish this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova and enact from the date of its publication.
