1. Approve the enclosed Rules of forming and maintaining the database of goods, works, services and their suppliers.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication.

Rules of forming and maintaining database of goods, works, services and their suppliers

1. General provisions

1. These rules of forming and maintaining the database of goods, works, services and their suppliers (further - Rules) are developed according to Item 2 of article 24 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 9, 2012 "About the state support of industrial and innovative activities" and determine procedure for forming and maintaining the database of goods, works, services and their suppliers.

2. In these rules the following basic concepts are used:

1) suppliers of goods, works and services (suppliers) are domestic producers and domestic suppliers of works and services;

2) the electronic copy of the paper document - the electronic document which is completely reproducing information (data of details) of the relevant authentic paper document in electronic and digital form and certified by the digital signature of person having powers on assurance of this document.

2. Procedure for forming and maintaining database

3. The database of goods, works, services and their suppliers (further - the database) is created and kept by national institute of development in the field of development of local content (daleeinstitut) according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. The data containing in the database are placed on Internet resource to the address www.ks.gov.kz and are available to acquaintance to all interested persons on a grant basis. The information system the Kazakhstan Content Internet portal (further - the portal) is conducted in the state and Russian languages.

5. The database includes:

1) the goods made by domestic manufacturers, works and services rendered by domestic suppliers;

2) list of domestic producers and domestic suppliers of works and services;

3) goods on which certificates of the Kazakhstan origin of the CT-KZ form are issued;

4) goods, works and services for application of the legislation on public procurements regarding implementation of measures of the state support of separate categories of domestic potential suppliers.

6. The database is created based on the data provided to institute by domestic manufacturers of goods, works and services.

7. Maintaining the database includes:

1) entering of data on goods, works, services and their suppliers into the database;
