About structure of federal executive bodies

For the purpose of forming of effective structure of federal executive bodies, according to article 112 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the Federal constitutional Law of December 17, 1997 "About the Government of the Russian Federation" I decide No. 2-FKZ:

Transfer to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation functions on development and realization of state policy and normative legal regulation in the sphere of demography, work, level of living and the income, compensations, provision of pensions, including non-state, social insurance, conditions and labor protection, social partnership and employment relationships, employment and unemployment, labor migration, alternative civil service, the public civil service (except questions of compensation), social protection and social servicing of the population, including social protection of family, women and children, guardianship and custody concerning full age incapacitated or not sui juris citizens, but rendering the prosthetic and orthopedic help, rehabilitation of disabled people, conducting medico-social examination.

Assign coordination of pension fund activity of the Russian Federation and Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund - on the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

4. Rename Federal Service on Surveillance in Healthcare and Social Development into the Federal Service on supervision in health sector.

5. Transfer to Federal Service for Labour and Employment functions on supervision in the sphere of social protection of the population.

7. Form the Ministry of the Russian Federation of development of the Far East.
