Regulations on Republican production association on gasification Kyrgyzgaz

I. General provisions

1. The republican production association on gasification Kyrgyzgaz, the hereinafter referred to as consolidation, is the single production and technology economic complex created for operational management by gas supply of industrial, household facilities and the populations of the Republic Kyrgyzstan, carrying out single policy of the Government of the Republic Kyrgyzstan in the field of development of gasification and operation of objects of system of gas economy.

2. Consolidation is under supervision of the Government of the Republic Kyrgyzstan and acts on the basis of the Law of the Republic Kyrgyzstan "About the companies in the Republic Kyrgyzstan" as national association on the principles of cost accounting, has the rights of the legal entity, composite balance sheet, accounts in organization of bank and seal with the image of the State Emblem of the Republic Kyrgyzstan with the name in the state and Russian languages.

II. Functions and rights of consolidation

5. Republican consolidation according to the assigned tasks:

- develops and will organize implementation of state programs of the Republic Kyrgyzstan on providing the population, the companies, organizations and organizations natural and liquefied by gases;

- exercises control of observance of rules on safe engineering in the divisions and the companies;

- carries out work on advanced training of engineering employees, employees and workers;
