About approval of Rules of use of target current transfers from the republican budget for 2012 regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty on education
For the purpose of implementation of article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 24, 2011 "About the republican budget for 2012 - 2014" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of use of target current transfers from the republican budget for 2012 by regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty on education (further - Rules).
2. To provide to akims of areas, cities of Astana and Almaty:
1) timely and target use of the allocated target current transfers;
2) submission to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of reports on use of the allocated target current transfers to the 5th following reporting.
3. To provide to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan monitoring of use of target current transfers from the republican budget with regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty.
4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2012 and is subject to official publication.
