Oath of the employee of special state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan

observe the Constitution and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Rules of bringing of the oath by the employee of special state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. According to Item 2 of article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About special state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the oath is taken:

1) persons which arrived on service in the special state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan which were earlier not taking the military oath or the oath of the employee of special state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan no later than two months from the date of assignment of the first special rank;

2) the cadets, students of military, special educational institutions who were earlier not taking the military oath or the oath of the employee of special state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan no later than two months from the date of acquisition of the status of the employee of special state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) officials of special state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, earlier for any reasons not taken military oath or the oath of the employee of special state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Date, time and the venue of oath rite are specified in the relevant order of the authorized head of the special state body or person replacing it.

3. The oath is taken under the leadership of the authorized head of the special state body or person replacing it in a festive atmosphere in the places which are drawn up by the state symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan and symbols of special state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. Representatives of state bodies, veteran organizations and mass media can be invited to ceremony of adoption of the oath.

5. The employees who are sworn in and also the staff participating in ceremony of adoption of the oath shall be dressed in solemn (ceremonial) dress code.

6. In due time the employees who are sworn in are built according to the procedure, established by the first head of special state body, and the place allocated for adoption of the oath.

7. The ceremony of adoption of the oath begins with execution of the National Anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan with raising of National Flag of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

8. The authorized head of special state body or person replacing it in the short speech explains value of the oath and high responsibility of the employee of special state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

13. Responsibility for timely reduction of staff of special state bodies to the oath, the organization and accounting of its acceptance are assigned to division managers and personnel offices of special state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
