For the purpose of enhancement of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

Approve the enclosed Rules of submission of the report on committed transactions on investment of pension assets and own assets by the accumulation pension funds and the organizations exercising investment control of pension assets.

2. Recognize invalid regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of submission of the report on committed transactions on investment of pension assets and own assets by the accumulation pension funds and the organizations exercising investment control of pension assets

1. The organization represents to authorized body electronically:

1) daily no later than 16:00 hours of time of the city of Astana of the working day following behind reporting day - reports on committed transactions on investment of pension assets - by each accumulation pension fund whose pension assets are in investment management, and own assets according to appendices 1, 2 (forms 1, of 2, of 3) to these rules;

2) monthly no later than the fifth working day of the month following reporting:

reports by each accumulation pension fund whose pension assets are in investment management according to appendices 1, 3 and 4 to these rules;

the report according to appendix 2 to these rules.

2. The fund which is not performing activities for investment management of pension assets represents to authorized body electronically:

1) daily no later than 16:00 hours of time of the city of Astana of the working day following for reporting - reports on committed transactions on investment of own assets according to appendix 2 (forms 1, 2, 3) to these rules;

2) monthly no later than the fifth working day of the month following reporting - reports according to appendices 2, 3 and 4 to these rules.

3. The reports submitted monthly in authorized body, specified in appendices 1, of 2, 3 and 4 to these rules join data for each working day of month under report.

5. The reporting constituted electronically goes with use of transport system of the guaranteed delivery of information with cryptographic remedies providing confidentiality and not adjustability of the represented data on the address specified by authorized body.

6. In case of modification and (or) amendments in the represented reporting the Fund (Organization) represents to authorized body the corrected version of the reporting with explanation of the reasons of need of modification and (or) amendments.

7. By consideration of the reporting the authorized body requests from Fund (Organization) of the data and the documents necessary for verification of information specified in the reporting.
