To provide 1) in accordance with the established procedure state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) after passing of state registration to publish this order in mass media.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the chairman of Committee on control in the field of science and education of Irsaliyeva S.A.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication.
