Declare invalid the resolution of Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations of December 29, 2008 No. 234 "About approval of Rules of transactions with own bonds of bank and bonds issued by the affiliated organizations of this bank on which obligations are guaranteed by bank" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 5537).
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of the first official publication.
