ORDER OF THE FEDERAL CUSTOMS SERVICE OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

About competence of customs authorities on making of the customs transactions connected with registration of the customs declaration concerning the goods imported (exported) on (c) territory(territories) of the special economic zones created in the Russian Federation, vty number when placing goods under customs procedure of free customs zone and in case of completion of its action

According to part 3 of article 10 of the Federal Law of November 27, 2010 No. 311-FZ "About customs regulation in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, to No. 48, of the Art. 6252), for the purpose of streamlining of activities of customs authorities I order:

1. Determine that the customs authorities specified in appendix to this Order have competence on making of the customs transactions connected with registration of the customs declaration concerning the goods imported (exported) on (c) territory(territories) of the special economic zones created in the Russian Federation including when placing goods under customs procedure of free customs zone and in case of completion of its action.

2. Determine that the customs authorities which are not specified in appendix to this Order have no competences to making of the customs transactions connected with registration of the customs declaration concerning the goods specified in Item 1 of this Order.

3. Not apply provision of this Order to the goods imported (exported) on (c) territory(territories) of special economic zones in the Kaliningrad and Magadan regions.

4. To impose control of execution of this Order on the deputy manager of FCS of Russia S. O. Shokhin.

5. This Order becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication.
