1. Determine that the faces tied with banking conglomerate the special relations are recognized:

1) official or leading employee, first head and chief accountant of the parent organization of banking conglomerate, and also their spouses and close relatives;

2) physical person or legal entity, being the large member of the parent organization of banking conglomerate, or the official of the large member of the parent organization of banking conglomerate, and also their spouse and close relatives;

3) the legal entity in whom persons specified in subitems 1) and 2) of this Item are large participants or officials;

4) the legal entity in relation to whom the parent organization of banking conglomerate, is large participant, the official of this legal entity, his spouse (spouse) and close relatives;

5) members of banking conglomerate;

6) affiliirovanny faces of members of banking conglomerate.
