1. Approve the enclosed Rules of the publication by the accumulation pension funds of data on structure of investment portfolio of the accumulation pension fund at the expense of pension assets in mass media.

2. Recognize invalid:

2) the resolution of Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations of December 24, 2007 No. 276 "About modification and amendments in the resolution of Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations of June 25, 2007 No. 188 "About approval of Rules of submission of aggregative reports of the accumulation pension funds and organizations exercising the investment control of pension assets, and also their publications in mass media" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 5097).

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of the publication the accumulation pension funds of data on structure of investment portfolio of the accumulation pension fund at the expense of pension assets in mass media

2. The accumulation pension fund publishes in mass media of the data on structure of each type of the investment portfolio built at the expense of pension assets in the state and Russian languages with indication of the name and the number of financial instruments, and also percentage ratio of the amount of investments into these financial instruments to the total amount of pension assets of the accumulation pension fund, in form according to appendix to these rules.

3. For the publication of data on structure of the investment portfolio built at the expense of pension assets, the accumulation pension fund uses the periodic printing editions issued with a circulation at least fifteen thousand copies and distributed in all territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and (or) places the specified information on the Internet resource conforming to requirements, stipulated in Item 4 Rules.

4. The server of Internet resource of the accumulation pension fund used for placement of data on structure of the investment portfolio built at the expense of pension assets is connected to the Internet on communication channel with handling capacity at least 20 Mbit/sec. Time of loading of any page of Internet resource by the Internet user using for connection to the Internet communication channel with speed of data transmission of 128 Kbit/sec constitutes no more than 10 seconds depending on filling of the page graphics and other elements.

On Internet resource date and time of placement of information are specified, and also their permanent storage is provided.

5. Data on structure of each type of the investment portfolio built at the expense of pension assets of the accumulation pension fund are published (are placed) in mass media quarterly in time no later than the last date following reporting quarter.

6. Data in data on structure of each type of the investment portfolio built at the expense of pension assets of the accumulation pension fund are specified in national currency - tenge at the rate of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan the corresponding reporting date.

7. The accumulation pension fund in time no later than ten working days after publication of data on structure of each type of investment portfolio at the expense of pension assets, represents to Committee on control and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan information on execution of Items 2 and 5 of Rules, with indication of the mass media used for the publication (placement) of data on structure of investment portfolio at the expense of pension assets with application of copies of supporting documents.
