Requirements to veterinarians of divisions of production supervision

1. General provisions

1. These requirements to veterinarians of divisions of production supervision (further - requirements) are developed according to subitem 39-2) of article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 10, 2002 "About veterinary science" and determine requirements to veterinarians of divisions of production supervision.

2. In these requirements the following concept is used:

divisions of production supervision - the created administration of the objects of production performing slaughter of animals, conversion and sales of products and raw materials of animal origin, division by determination of compliance of animals, products and raw materials of animal origin to veterinary standard rates.

2. Requirements imposed to veterinarians of divisions of production supervision

3. The following requirements are imposed to veterinarians of divisions of production supervision (further - the veterinarian of PPK) the objects of production performing slaughter of animals, conversion and sales of products and raw materials of animal origin:

1) availability of the higher, postsecondary or technical and professional education on specialties of veterinary science;

2) confirmation of employment relationships with divisions of production supervision of the objects of production performing slaughter of animals, conversion and sales of products and raw materials of animal origin;

3) knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of veterinary science and safety of food products;

4) ability of use in the course of work with the state registers of veterinary medicines, the feed additives which were registered according to the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
