About some regulations concerning financial provision of officers of information and safety

According to provisions of the Law No. 170-XVI of July 19, 2007 on the status of the officer of information and safety (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 171-174, 667), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

The regulations on some regulations concerning financial provision of officers of information and safety (are applied)

The regulations on procedure for calculation of length of service for payment of length-of-service allowance to officers of information and safety (are applied);

official pay rates of officers and categories of compensation of subofficers of Service of information and safety, according to appendix No. 1;

official pay rates of subofficers of Service of information and safety which compensation is performed on the basis of the Single scale of charges, according to appendix No. 2;

monthly allowances for special rank of officers of information and safety, according to appendix No. 3.

2. Recognize invalid some orders of the Government, according to appendix No. 4.

Regulations on some regulations concerning financial provision of officers of information and safety

I.  

Chapter I voided according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova of 12.12.2018 No. 1231

II. Compensation of officers of information and the safety enlisted in the order

12. In case of transfer in the order of officers of information and safety according to part provisions (1) article 27 of the Law No. 170-XVI of July 19, 2007 on the status of the officer of information and safety:

1) based on the subitem and), the salary from the last post in service in complete size is paid to them for the entire period of transfer in the order. If the grant and/or other financial and material type of providing, irrespective of financing source is provided to officers of information and safety for training, salary payment is interrupted. If the size of grant and/or other financial and material type of providing is lower than the salary size from the last post in service, the difference is paid for the account of service;

2) based on the subitem c), salary payment is interrupted before removal of the final decision on criminal case / to criminal cases. In case of pronouncement of the verdict of not guilty or the termination of criminal procedure based on rehabilitation officers of information and safety have the right to compensation of the unpaid salary according to the Law No. 1545-XIII of February 25, 1998 on procedure for compensation of the damage caused by illegal actions of criminal prosecution authorities, prosecutor's office and degrees of jurisdiction;

3) based on subitems d), f), h) and i), the salary from the last post in service in complete size is paid to them for the entire period of transfer in the order;

4) based on subitems e) and g), salary payment is interrupted.

13. The salary in the complete size equal to the last post in service before appointment to responsible state position is paid to the officers of information and safety exempted from responsible state positions and enlisted in the order with salary payment.

IV. Financial provision of officers of information and safety who bring up/look after the child

17. Officers of information and safety have the right to monthly allowance on education/child care in the conditions and the sizes provided in the Law No. 289 - XV of July 22, 2004 about temporary disability benefits and other benefits of social insurance and the Order of the Government No. 1478 of November 15, 2002. "About benefits to families with children", corresponding to insured persons. This benefit is paid by Service of information and safety at the expense of the government budget.

18. Appointment and accounting of this benefit for officers of information and safety is performed by Service of information and safety.

19. The statement and other documents necessary for purpose of benefit move in Service of information and safety.

V. Other provisions

20. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova of 12.12.2018 No. 1231

22. The director of Service of information and safety is granted the right:

1) ceased to be valid;

2) to determine procedure and rules of payment of other money payments, stipulated by the legislation, to officers of information and safety in various office cases.
