Art. 1. - Approve Regulations of the Office of the President of the Republic of Moldova it (is applied).

REGULATIONS OF THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

Chapter 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

Art. 1. - The office of the President of the Republic of Moldova is the public body performing organizational, legal, information and technical supply of activities of the President of the Republic of Moldova for the purpose of execution by it of the powers provided by the Constitution and other laws.

Art. 2. - The office of the President of the Republic of Moldova performs the activities according to the Constitution, other laws, presidential decrees of the Republic of Moldova and these regulations.

Art. 3. - The office of the President of the Republic of Moldova is legal entity of the public law, has seal with the image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Moldova and the name.

Chapter 2 FUNCTIONS AND STRUCTURE of the OFFICE of the PRESIDENT of the REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

g) exercises control of execution of orders of the President of the Republic of Moldova;

h) provides representation of the President of the Republic of Moldova in the relations with other public bodies, mass media, the public, and also in degrees of jurisdiction;

i) manages human, financial and material resources;

j) conducts clerical work and archive.

Chapter 3 MANAGEMENT of the OFFICE of the PRESIDENT of the REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

Art. 12. - (1) the Office of the President of the Republic of Moldova is under direct supervision of the President of the Republic of Moldova and has the status of management.
