According to article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About National Archive Fund and archival organizations", Item 16 of the Procedure for the education and activities of the commissions on conducting examination of value of documents approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 08, 2007 No. 1004 of PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve the List of standard documents which are created during activities of state bodies and local government bodies, other legal entities, with indication of storage durations of documents which is applied.

2. To department of interaction with authorities (Zerkal O. V.) to submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 03, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies" (with changes).

3. Declare invalid the order of the Head archival department under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 20, 1998 No. 41 "About approval of the List of standard documents", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 17, 1998 for No. 576/3016 (with changes).

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the director of the department of interaction with authorities Zerkal O. V.

5. This order becomes effective since January 01, 2013.
