About modification of some regulatory legal acts of State commission on securities and the stock market concerning bonds

According to Item of 1 part two of Article 7, Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine", Articles 7, 8 Laws of Ukraine "About securities and the stock market", the Law of Ukraine of June 02, 2011 "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning bonds" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED No. 3461-VI:

1. Actually ceased to be valid according to the Decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of Ukraine of 27.12.2013 No. 2998.

2. Approve Changes to the Regulations on procedure for bond issue of internal local loans approved by the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of October 07, 2003 No. 414, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 28, 2003 for No. 982/8303 (in edition of the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of December 11, 2007 No. 2285) (with changes) which are applied.

3. And corporate finances (A. Papaik) to provide to corporate management department submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. (Yu. Zhuly) to provide to department of external and internal communications publication of this decision according to requirements of the legislation of Ukraine.

5. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

6. I reserve control over the implementation of this decision.

Changes to Regulations on procedure for bond issue of internal local loans

1. In the Section ІІ:

1.1. In Item 6:

1.1.1. In paragraph one of the word "and bonds to bearer" to exclude.

1.1.2. Exclude paragraph two.

1.2. In Item 8 of the word "documentary or" to exclude.

1.3. To state paragraph two of Item 21 in such edition:

"After registration of bond issue, bond issue and the prospectus of their issue to the issuer the interim certificate on bond issue registration is granted (appendix 1) which is the basis for assignment to bonds of the international identification number, the conclusions with depositary of the service agreement of bond emission, registration and deposition of the temporary global certificate.".

2. In the Section IV:

2.1. In Item 1:

2.1.1. To state the subitem "d" of subitem 1.1 in such edition:

"e) the certificate of depositary with which the issuer signed the service agreement of issue (in the presence of such agreement);".
