About determination of the quota for labor migration establishing the extreme number of the foreign citizens and stateless persons arriving to the Kyrgyz Republic for the purpose of implementation of labor activity on industries of economy and regions of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2012
According to article 7 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About external labor migration" and article 28 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About external migration" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Determine quota for the labor migration establishing the extreme number of the foreign citizens and stateless persons arriving to the Kyrgyz Republic for the purpose of implementation of labor activity on industries of economy and regions of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2012 according to appendix.
2. To grant to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic the right of redistribution of labor quota on industries of economy and regions of the country within the approved quota.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
