About reform of system of content of highways public

Based on Item e) parts (1) article 6 of the Law No. 121-XVI of May 4, 2007 on management of public property and its privatization (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 90-93, of the Art. 401), with subsequent changes and amendments, and for the purpose of accomplishment of provisions of the Agreement on loan between the Republic of Moldova and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development for project implementation of rehabilitation of roads in the Republic of Moldova ratified by the Law No. 77 of April 21, 2011. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, No. 82, the Art. 208), the Contract on financing between the Republic of Moldova and the European Investment Bank for project implementation of rehabilitation of roads in the Republic of Moldova ratified by the Law No. 79 of April 21, 2011. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, No. 82, the Art. 210), the Strategy of infrastructure of the land transport for 2008-2017, approved by the Order of the Government No. 85 of February 1, 2008. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 30-31, of the Art. 159), the Government DECIDES:

1. Approve the Actions plan on implementation of reform of system of content of highways public according to appendix No. 1.

2. Accept the offer on reorganization (merge by accession) the state companies and joint-stock companies in which the state has the prevailing equity, the highways public specializing in content, having provided reducing their number from 38 to 12 units, according to appendix No. 2.

3. Recommend to Executive committee it is autonomous - territorial education Gagauzia to initiate reorganization by merge of the dorozhnoekspluatatsionny companies which are under its authority.

4. To the Ministry of Transports and Road Infrastructure provide cession of property of the state companies and joint-stock companies from the attached companies to the accepting companies according to the Regulations on procedure for transfer of the state companies, the organizations, organizations, their divisions, buildings, constructions, fixed assets and other assets approved by the Order of the Government No. 688 of October 9, 1995. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, No. 10, the Art. 45), with subsequent changes and amendments.

5. From appendix No. 2 to the Order of the Government No. 945 of August 20, 2007. "About measures for accomplishment of the Law No. 121-XVI of May 4, 2007 on management of public property and its privatization" (2007, No. 131-135, of the Art. 981), with subsequent changes and amendments, Items 123125, 127-142, 144-147, 149-152, 154-158 to exclude the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

6. To the Ministry of Transports and Road Infrastructure each 6 months to provide to the Government information on accomplishment of the Actions plan on implementation of reform of system of content of highways public.

7. To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on the Ministry of Transports and Road Infrastructure.
