1. Form Energy council in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Council).
2. Approve enclosed:
3. To the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the necessary measures following from this Decree.
4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.

1. The energy council in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Council) is created for the purpose of stable and effective development of energy industry in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Council is advisory advisory body in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Council in the activities is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also this Regulations on Council.
