According to article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About the principles of prevention and anti-corruption", items 4 and 7 Procedures for the organization of conducting special verification of information about the persons applying for holding the posts, connected with accomplishment of functions of the state or local self-government approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of January 25, 2012 No. 33 ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for carrying out special verification of presence at the faces applying for holding the posts, tied with accomplishment of functions of the state or local self-government, corporate laws which is applied.
2. To the public registration service of Ukraine (Efimenko L. V.) provide:
2.1. Completion by the state company "Information and Resource Center" (S.M.'s Blacksmith) of software of maintaining the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and physical persons entrepreneurs taking into account requirements of the Procedure for carrying out special verification of presence at the faces applying for holding the posts, tied with accomplishment of functions of the state or local self-government, corporate laws approved by this order within two weeks from the date of entry into force of this order.
