About enhancement of procedure for licensing of medical activities

In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 28, 2011 "About measures for further deepening of reforming of health care system", and also for the purpose of streamlining of licensing of the medical activities, in particular, performed by private medical institutions, the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. PP-1652:

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 21.06.2017 No. 405

2. To the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan: carry out the corresponding explanatory work with medical institutions on accomplishment of provisions of this resolution;

to carry out inventory count of earlier granted licenses of the operating private medical institutions regarding compliance to the List of types of specialization of medical activities by which licenses to private medical institutions are granted to three-months time, approved by this resolution, to take necessary measures for renewal at the expense of the licensing body or to the termination of activities of the certain licensees who are not meeting the established requirements.

3. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 3.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.
