About investment of the Government with powers on the edition of ordinances

The parliament adopts this ordinary law.

Art. 1. - Based on article 106/2 of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova from the date of entry into force of this law and till October 1, 2002 the Government is allocated with powers on the edition of ordinances in the following areas:

a) use of the state reserves for ensuring food, fodder, veterinary and phytosanitary security for the purpose of compensation of possible damage in cases of natural disasters, epidemics, epizooty, etc.;

b) regulation of use of genetic resources;

c) ensuring energy security of national economy during the autumn and winter period of 2002/2003;

d) approval of the list of the paid services rendered by the ministries and departments.

Art. 2. - The ordinances published by the Government based on article 1 of this law are not subject to approval by Parliament and become effective from the date of their publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

Art. 3. - To the government to submit to Parliament the ordinances published by it within three-day term from the date of signing.
