1. Make changes and additions to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. subitem 4.2 of item 4 of the Consular charter of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 19, 1996 No. 82 (The collection of the existing regulations of the President of the Republic of Belarus, 1998) to state in the following edition:
"4.2. The consul shall consider addresses of citizens of the Republic of Belarus, foreign citizens and stateless persons, including individual entrepreneurs, legal entities of the Republic of Belarus and foreign legal entities on the questions concerning accomplishment of its functions.";
1.2. ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of 06.06.2013 No. 264
1.3. ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of 12.04.2013 No. 168
1.4. in the Disciplinary charter of bodies and divisions for emergency situations of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 31, 1999 No. 509 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 1999, No. 68, 1/612):
add the Disciplinary charter with Item 6-1 of the following content:
