About structure of the Office of the President of the Republic of Moldova
The president of the Republic of Moldova decides:
Art. 1. - Approve the extreme number of staff of 80 units and structure of the Office of the President of the Republic of Moldova according to appendix to this decree.
Art. 2. - To the secretary general of the Office of the President of the Republic of Moldova in a month:
a) submit the draft of Regulations of the Office of the President of the Republic of Moldova for approval;
b) approve the staff list of the Office of the President of the Republic of Moldova and internal documents necessary for ensuring activities of the Office of the President.
Art. 3. - Declare invalid the Presidential decree of the Republic of Moldova No. 52-IV of May 17, 2005 about structure of the Office of the President of the Republic of Moldova, with subsequent changes and amendments.
