"Article 134. Age difference between the adoptive father and the adopted child
1. The age of the adoptive father shall not exceed 60 years. 2. The age difference between the adoptive father who is not married, and adopted by the child shall be at least sixteen years. For the reasons recognized by court valid the age difference can be reduced.
3. In case of adoption of the child by the stepfather (stepmother) availability of age difference, stipulated in Item 2 these Articles, is not required.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
