About personalized privatization checks of the Republic of Belarus
This Law establishes procedure for issue and the circulation of personalized privatization checks of the Republic of Belarus, their use during non-paid privatization of state-owned property in the Republic of Belarus, the state guarantees to their owners.
The personalized privatization check of the Republic of Belarus * is the government personalized security of the Republic of Belarus issued for the term established by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus in coordination with the President of the Republic of Belarus.
The privatization check is provided with the state-owned property which is subject to voluntary conveyance to citizens of the Republic of Belarus, confirms the right of its owner to share in the privatized state-owned property and expresses the size of this share (quota).
The privatization check according to its purpose has the designation "Housing", "Property" and is issued in the form of the form printed on paper taking into account on bank accounts.

The activities connected with issue, the address and use of privatization checks are regulated by this Law and other legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
Privatization checks are received only by citizens of the Republic of Belarus on the amount of checks corresponding to their quota in gratuitously the property transferred by the state.
The citizens of the Republic of Belarus who are constantly living at the time of introduction of this Law in action outside the republic territory if it is not connected with service duties, military service, study or treatment, have no right to privatization checks.
