Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 26, 1992 "About environmental protection" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2002 (Vyarkhochnaga Savet's Vedamastsi of Respubliki Belarus, 1993, No. 1, Art. 1; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 85, 2/875; 2006, No. 6, 2/1177; No. 107, 2/1235; 2007, No. 147, 2/1335; 2008, No. 1, 2/1395; No. 275, 2/1541; 2009, No. 161, 2/1584; 2010, No. 120, 2/1679) following changes and amendments:
1. Twenty third Article 4 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"ensuring promotion of knowledge in the field of environmental protection and environmental management and forming of ecological culture;".
2. The thirteenth Article 7 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"promotion of knowledge in the field of environmental protection and environmental management and forming of ecological culture;".
3. In Article 9:
to exclude the paragraph of the twenty sixth;
to consider paragraphs of the twenty seventh and twenty eighth respectively paragraphs the twenty sixth and twenty seventh.
4. In Article 10 part two:
"use of natural resources and" to exclude from the paragraph of the tenth word;
the thirty fifth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"will organize promotion of knowledge in the field of environmental protection and environmental management and forming of ecological culture;".
5. The thirteenth to state the paragraph to part two of Article 11 in the following edition:
"participate in forming of ecological culture;".
6. From part three of Article 16 of the word "special permission (license)," to exclude.
