1. Determine that program target financing out of competitive procedures for 20122014 years from the republican budget is performed according to scientific and technical programs according to appendix to this resolution.

2. To the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the measures following from this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.

1. Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
