For the purpose of ensuring social protection of employees, federal government civil servants and employees of the investigating bodies of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation performing office activities in the territory of North Caucasus region of the Russian Federation, and members of their families I decide:
1. Pay to employees, federal government civil servants and employees of the investigating bodies of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation located in the territories of the Republic of Dagestan, Republic of Ingushetia, Kabardino-Balkar Republic, Karachay-Cherkess Republic, Republic of North Ossetia-Alania and Chechen Republic (further - the staff of the investigating bodies located in the territory of North Caucasus region), and also to employees, federal government civil servants and employees of investigating bodies of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, directed (sent) for accomplishment of tasks on law enforcement and law and order in the territories of the specified subjects of the Russian Federation (further - the staff of investigating bodies directed for accomplishment of tasks in the territory of North Caucasus region), taking into account time of their actual accomplishment, official pay rates (salaries) and surcharges for special rank (salaries for the class rank) with increase for 50 percent.
Estimate and pay lump sum payments, insurance sums and pensions proceeding from official pay rates (salaries) and surcharges for special rank (salaries for the class rank) without their increase provided by this Item.
