Based on Item d) Articles 5, articles 11 and 44 of the Law on National Bank of Moldova No. 548-XIII of July 21, 1995. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, No. 56-57, Article 624), with subsequent changes and amendments, and Item h) parts (2) articles 28-1 and 40 of the Law on financial institutions No. 550-XIII of July 21, 1995 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, Art. No. 78-81, 199) DECIDES: Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova

1. Approve Regulations about outsourcing of types of activity and transactions of bank it (is applied).

2. The bank which transferred to outsourcing types of activity and transactions till December 17, 2010:

a) in case of financially significant types of activity - it is considered that has permission of National Bank of Moldova;

b) shall draw up according to provisions of the Regulations specified in Item 1, the agreement on outsourcing - in case of the activities/transactions transferred to outsourcing and in case of financially significant types of activity with its submission to National Bank of Moldova in three-months time from the date of entry into force of this resolution;

c) shall develop in three-months time internal regulations and procedures for assessment, management and control of the activities/transactions transferred to outsourcing according to provisions of the Regulations specified in Item 1.
