1. Approve the enclosed inventory, except for excisable, the materials and the equipment exempted from the payment of the customs duties, customs fees and the value added tax (further - the VAT) which are directly connected with production process of construction of the Second section of the pipeline Kazakhstan-China and imported on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan for use in construction of the Second section of the pipeline Kazakhstan-China by the organization created in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the purposes of project implementation of the Second section of the pipeline Kazakhstan-China.

2. Determine that import to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of goods, except for excisable, the materials and the equipment exempted from payment of customs duties, customs fees and the VAT is made within quantity of such goods, materials and the equipment specified in the design estimates on the project "Construction of the Beyneu — Shymkent gas pipeline (The second section of the pipeline Kazakhstan-China (I and II stages of the Second site), approved according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This resolution becomes effective since October 1, 2011 and is subject to official publication.
