the form of data containing information on building availability (part of the building, structure, construction) on the property right or property hiring (trust management and other forms of agreements) *;

2.

availability of the gambling equipment on the property right;

the form of data containing information on the gambling equipment with copies of the documents confirming the property right to the specified gambling equipment, certified by sign and seal of the applicant *;

3.

availability of agreements with the legal entities who obtained the license for implementation of security activities in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

the form of data containing information on availability of the agreement (agreements) with the legal entities who obtained in the procedure established by the legislation the license for implementation of security activities *;

4.

availability of developed rules of work of gambling institution, acceptance of rates and the held gamblings and (or) bet in the state and Russian languages;

rules of work of gambling institution, acceptance of rates and the carried-out bets in the state and Russian languages - in the form of the electronic copy of the document;

availability at the applicant of providing on each gambling institution in the form of the required reserves determined by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About gaming" (in the monthly settlement indicators established by the law on the republican budget for the corresponding financial year) for implementation of the following types of activity in the field of gaming: bookmaker offices - in the amount of 20000

the agreement with bank of the second level in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan on opening of contribution in the amount of 20000 monthly settlement indicators established by the law on the republican budget for the corresponding financial year on condition of issue of contribution on the first demand of (on-demand deposit) - in the form of the electronic copy of the document;
