1. Approve Regulations on procedure for preparation and entering into the Cabinet of Ministers of the conclusions on objects on which settlement (estimate) cost, according to appendix is exceeded.

2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. I. Zakirov.

Regulations on procedure for preparation and entering into the Cabinet of Ministers of the conclusions on objects on which settlement (estimate) cost is exceeded

I. General provisions

1. This Provision is developed in pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 27, 2011 No. PP-1666 "About measures for targeting of due procedure in designing and construction of facilities of social and civil appointment" and determines procedure for preparation and entering into the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of the conclusions by subjects to social and civil appointment, construction cost (reconstruction, capital repairs) which exceeds earlier declared cost.

2. Action of this provision extends to subjects to social and civil appointment, construction (reconstruction, capital repairs) which is performed for the account:

centralized sources;

extrabudgetary funds of state-financed organizations;

means of the state companies;

the foreign secured loans of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and foreign grants provided by the international and foreign financial institutions.

The list of subjects to social and civil appointment is determined by Gosarkhitektstroy in coordination with the Ministry of Economics and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3. the contractual cost determined by results of tenders (when refining physical amounts of works, other production costs and change of the used resources, after the corresponding conclusion of bodies of examination of Gosarkhitektstroy of the Republic of Uzbekistan on adjustment, except cases of recalculation of residual cost of the passing objects in accordance with the established procedure);
