1. Determine that citizens of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States are appointed to executive positions of executive (workers) offices of industry bodies of the Commonwealth of Independent States only after approval of the government of the State Party of the Commonwealth which citizens they are.

The decision on appointment of the particular person to position of the head (deputy manager) of the executive (worker) office of industry body of the Commonwealth of Independent States is accepted by this body after receipt of the formal notice on the consent of the government of the State Party of the Commonwealth which citizen this person is.

2. Action of this Decision does not extend to industry bodies of the Commonwealth which functions of executive (workers) devices are assigned to offices of the Executive Secretariat of the Commonwealth and Interstate economic Committee of Economic union.

3. This Decision becomes effective from the date of its signing.

It is made in the city of Moscow on February 4, 1999 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in the Executive Secretariat of the Commonwealth of Independent States which will send to each state which signed this Decision, its verified copy.
