About modification of some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Make changes to the following Presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

in Regulations on Council of foreign investors in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree:
in Item 8 of the word "The State Secretary of the Republic of Kazakhstan —" to exclude;
2) in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 12, 2000 No. 470 "About the Republican commission on training abroad" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2000, No. 43, Art. 503; 2004, No. 22, Art. 276; 2005, No. 19, Art. 227; 2006, No. 1, Art. 2; 2008, No. 20, Art. 182; No. 42, Art. 465; 2010, No. 9, Art. 105):
to be reworded as follows the structure of the Republican commission on training abroad (on position) approved by the above-named Decree according to appendix 1 to this Decree;
3) ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 09.04.2014 No. 791
4) in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 9, 2006 No. 194 "About tender on competition of award of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Three-copecks piece of sap" and republican konkursevystavk "The best goods of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2006, No. 38, Art. 418; 2007, No. 24, Art. 267; No. 42, Art. 476; 2008, No. 42, Art. 464; 2009, No. 33, Art. 307; 2010, No. 39, Art. 335):
