The participants of this agreement on behalf of plenipotentiaries of professional and public organizations of accountants and auditors of Central Asia who further are referred to as the Party agreed as follows:
Accept the offer of Chamber of auditors of the Republic of Kazakhstan on preparation with technical assistance of YuSAID of comparative analysis of transfer of the IFRS into Russian made by Askeri and the original of IASC and to send it to members of Central Asian Council of accountants and auditors (TsASBA).
Charge to Chamber of auditors of the Republic of Kazakhstan to finish with technical assistance of YuSAID IFRS in Russian and to provide to members of TsASBA on approval.
Charge to the Chairman of TsASBA to get permission at IASC for publication finished by IFRS in Russian.
To members of TsASBA to establish discrepancy of the corresponding national standards to international and to recommend to authorized state bodies to accept accounting standards, completely corresponding to international.
Charge to Chamber of auditors of the Republic of Kazakhstan to organize with technical assistance of YuSAID preparation of model comments for TsASBU.
It is made in the city of Almaty on April 27, 2000 at meeting of Central Asian Council of accountants and auditors. Each Party of this agreement has to about one authentic copy.
