About approval of the list of exchange goods and the minimum size of the represented batches which are implemented through commodity exchanges
According to the subitem 5) of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 4, 2009 "About commodity exchanges" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed list of exchange goods and the minimum size of the represented batches which are implemented through commodity exchanges.
2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 28, 2000 No. 1316 "About suspension of action of the orders of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 12, 2000 No. 1245 and No. 1253" the following changes:
in heading and in Item 1:
to replace the word of "resolutions" with the word "resolutions";
the words "and No. 1253" and words "and No. 1253 "About measures for development of exchange activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan" to exclude.
3. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.
4. To the central executive bodies to take the measures following from this resolution.
5. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after the first official publication.
