development of the Interstate catalog of objects of supply of armed forces of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States (further - the catalog) and its bringing to executive bodies of the State Parties;

increase in efficiency of military and technical cooperation of armed forces of the State Parties in the field of development planning, developments, productions, deliveries, application, utilization and export import of objects of supply.

Achievement of the specified purposes is performed:

development of catalog descriptions of objects of supply;

forming of Sections of the catalog by the State Parties of system of interstate cataloguing of objects of supply;

registration, systematization, processing, storage and use of catalog descriptions of objects of supply of the State Parties with relevant organs.

1.5. Each subject of supply which is subject to interstate cataloguing is registered bodies of cataloguing of the State Parties in accordance with the established procedure by assignment to it thirteen-digit national nomenclature number and joins in the catalog.

1.6. National nomenclature number is intended for unambiguous identification of each subject of supply, since the moment of its development (purchase, delivery) and until exception of the catalog.

1.7. National nomenclature number is applied on all objects of supply, including: container, packaging, labels, forms and passports.

1.8. The subject of supply joins in the catalog after its acceptance on arms (supply) in the respective State Party.

The State Party of system of interstate cataloguing of objects of supply can make the decision on conducting examination of objects of supply.

edition of normative and technical documents.

1.10. Works on cataloguing and management of the nomenclature of objects of supply are performed based on system of the automated data processing (further - SAOD) about objects of supply of armed forces of the State Parties.

2. Classification of objects of supply of armed forces

2.1. Classification of objects of supply is intended for systematization of all their set for the purpose of ensuring needs of armed forces of the State Parties.

2.2. Classification basis of system of interstate cataloguing of objects of supply is the Single interstate qualifier of objects of supply of armed forces of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States.

2.3. The single interstate qualifier of objects of supply (further - EMKPS) - the normative and technical document establishing groups and classes of the same military products.

Except the verbal description, the corresponding digital designation used for unambiguous identification of subject of supply in case of the automated information processing is appropriated to each group and class.

2.4. Application of EMKPS will allow:
