The administrative regulations of Federal Service on Surveillance in Healthcare and Social Development on execution of the state function on control of procedure for production of medical examination (further - Administrative regulations) are developed for the purpose of ensuring control of compliance of activities of subjects of production of medical examination to the requirements established by the legislation of the Russian Federation and extend to control of procedure for the organization and production of examination of temporary disability, forensic medical examination, forensic-psychiatric examination, military-medical examination and independent military-medical examination.

2. Execution of the state function on control of procedure for production of medical examination is performed by Federal Service on Surveillance in Healthcare and Social Development (further - Roszdravnadzor) and its territorial authorities (further - Departments of Roszdravnadzor for subjects of the Russian Federation).
