About the operator of the single transport circle of state bodies

According to the subitem 9) of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 11, 2007 "About informatization" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Determine the operator of the single transport circle of state bodies joint-stock company "The Kazsatnet national company.

2. Operator of the single transport circle of state bodies:

1) performs integration of information communication networks of state bodies and their territorial subdivisions;

2) manages designing, creation and development of the single transport circle of state bodies;

3) is performed by the system maintenance of the hardware and software and technical actions aimed at providing functioning of network of telecommunications of the single transport circle state bodies;

4) is performed by connection of state bodies and their territorial subdivisions to the single transport circle of state bodies, and also to world information resources according to requirements of information security and the legislation in the field of communication;

5) is performed by functioning of system of information security support of channels of the single transport circle of state bodies and means of cryptographic information protection. Actions for protection against illegal access to information on communication links of the single transport circle of state bodies with use of means of cryptographic information protection are performed according to contracts for accomplishment of joint confidential operations and on information security support (on information protection).

Protection of electronic information resources and information systems will be organized according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About informatization" and the subordinate regulatory legal acts regulating these activities.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 29, 2010 No. 1268 "About approval of Rules of carrying out tender by determination of the operator of the single transport circle of state bodies".

4. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after the first official publication.
