About approval of Rules of registration of passports of foreign citizens and sample of the form of registration

1. Approve Rules of registration of passports of foreign citizens and sample of the form of registration according to appendices No. 1 and No. 2.

2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan:

- provide production of forms of registration of foreign citizens at the expense of special means of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan;

- establish the amount of payment for services in registration of passports of foreign citizens and to prolongation of term of registration of passports of foreign citizens in coordination with Anti-monopoly service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan;

- provide execution of this resolution by divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan.

3. Determine that earlier issued forms of registration are effective before expiration of registration of the passport of the foreign citizen or the extended validity of registration of the passport of the foreign citizen.

4. Enact this resolution 1 month later after its acceptance.

Rules of registration of passports of foreign citizens

1. General provisions

1. These rules of registration of passports of foreign citizens determine order of registration of passports of foreign citizens, and also stateless persons if other does not follow from the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.

2. Foreign citizens and stateless persons (further - foreign citizens), shall register, in accordance with the established procedure within 10 working days from the date of entry into the Republic of Tajikistan the foreign passports or documents replacing them (further - passports), and upon termination of the term of accommodation to leave the Republic of Tajikistan if according to the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan and international treaties recognized by Tajikistan other is not provided.
