1. Approve the enclosed Rules of organization of the security organizations by the national companies.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 10.11.2012 No. 1421

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 22, 2012.

Rules of organization of the security organizations by the national companies

1. These rules of organization of the security organizations by the national companies (further - Rules) are developed according to article 17-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 19, 2000 "About security activities" (further - the Law).

2. The national company has the right to establish the security organization only provided that it is included in the list of the national companies approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. The organization of the security organization by the national companies is admissible in case of observance of the following conditions:
