Approve the enclosed Administrative regulations of execution of the state function by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on control of compliance of activities of non-profit organizations to the authorized purposes and tasks, branches and representative offices of the international organizations, foreign non-profit non-governmental organizations to stated purposes and tasks, and also behind observance of the legislation of the Russian Federation by them.

I. General provisions

The administrative regulations of execution of the state function by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on control of compliance of activities of non-profit organizations to the authorized purposes and tasks, branches and representative offices of the international organizations, foreign non-profit non-governmental organizations to stated purposes and tasks, and also behind observance of the legislation of the Russian Federation by them (further - Administrative regulations, the state function) establish procedure central office and territorial authorities of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation (further - central office, territorial authorities) control of activities of non-profit organizations, branches and representative offices of the international organizations and foreign non-profit non-governmental organizations.

The central office performs the state function concerning the all-Russian and international public associations, political parties, departments of the international organizations and foreign non-profit non-governmental organizations, Chambers of Commerce and Industry created in the territory of several subjects of the Russian Federation, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, branches and representative offices of the international organizations and foreign non-profit non-governmental organizations, the centralized religious organizations having the local religious organizations in the territory of two and more subjects of the Russian Federation, the religious organizations formed by the specified centralized religious organizations.

Territorial authorities perform the state function concerning interregional, regional and local public associations, regional departments and other structural divisions of political parties, the local religious organizations, the centralized religious organizations having the local religious organizations in the territory of one subject of the Russian Federation, the religious organizations formed by the specified centralized religious organizations and also other non-profit organizations (except for consumer cooperatives, partnerships of owners of the real estate, including condominiums, gardening non-commercial partnerships and gardening non-commercial partnerships, public authorities, other state bodies, governing bodies of state non-budgetary funds, local government bodies, and also autonomous organizations).
