According to the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity" and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 14.11.2000 No. 1698 "About approval of the list of bodies of licensing" PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve Licensed conditions of carrying out economic activity on collection, procurement of separate types of waste as secondary raw materials (according to lists which are determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine) which are applied.

2. To department of ecological safety (Sokolov O. L.) provide in accordance with the established procedure submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To department of ecological safety (Sokolov O. L.) provide the publication of this order in mass media.

4. To licensees which perform economic activity based on licenses for carrying out economic activity on collection and procurement of separate types of waste as secondary raw materials (according to lists which are determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine) to bring the activities into accord with requirements of the Licensed conditions approved by this order.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister - the chief of staff of Mormul D. D.

6. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Licensed conditions of carrying out economic activity on collection, procurement of separate types of waste as secondary raw materials (according to lists which are determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine)

I. General provisions

1.1. These Licensed conditions establish organizational, qualification, production and other requirements for carrying out economic activity on collection and procurement of separate types of waste as secondary raw materials which list is determined by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 28.02.2001 No. 183 "About approval of the list of separate types of waste as secondary raw materials which collection and procurement are subject to licensing".

1.2. These Licensed conditions extend to all subjects of managing irrespective of their form of business and pattern of ownership which perform collection and procurement of separate types of waste as secondary raw materials.

1.3. The term which are used in these Licensed conditions have such value:

the owner of waste as secondary raw materials - physical person or legal entity which according to the law owns uses and disposes of waste;

collection and procurement of waste as secondary raw materials - the activities connected with collection, purchase, acceptance, storage, processing (conversion), transportation, realization and delivery of such waste to processing enterprises on utilization, and also provision of services in this sphere;
