About measures for protection of economic interests of producers of steel shod rolls for rolling mills in the Customs union
According to the Agreement on procedure for application of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures during the transition period of November 19, 2010 the Commission of the Customs union solved:
1. Establish 2014 of 26 June inclusive anti-dumping duty in the amount of 26 percent from customs value concerning the steel shod rolls imported on single customs area of the Customs union for the rolling mills coming from Ukraine and classified by codes 8455 30 310 1, 8455 30 310 9, 8455 30 390 1 and 8455 30 390 9 FEACN CU.
For the purposes of application of the specified anti-dumping duty the goods are determined by the FEACN CU codes.
2. To provide to the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus, the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Federal Customs Service collection of the anti-dumping duty established by this Decision.
